Shipping Information

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The only exception is larger items or bulk orders may be shipped via FedEx. If you require something different, please let us know prior to purchasing. This is also the reason for the cost of shipping, we cannot just throw something into an envelope and slap a stamp on it as it does not provide us with tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects us from lost mail or fraudulent attempts to deceive us into free merchandise. Our prices are so low, we can't afford to not have it done the way we do it. Thank you for your understanding.


Returns are generally not accepted. Custom orders such as nametapes and anything where Velcro has been custom ordered to be attached cannot be returned as we won't be able to resell it. Returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis and you first must Contact Us before shipping it back.


Orders cannot be cancelled. We are charged a fee for processing your payment, if we refund your order, we still lose that fee. Most orders begin the processing stage right away, so we have already put in time and effort to get your order out as fast as possible. By cancelling your order, it affects other customers as we cannot regain that lost time.
